Abstract

In this study it was designed with aim to determined a mediating role of burnout and organizational trust on the concept of political behaviour which apply to their employees work life. For this purpose the sample is consist of 157 administrative staff Rectorship, Vocational School and Distance Education Center in Ondokuz Mayis University. As a result, it was founded that political behavior has a positive affects burnout. The result of hierarchical regression analysis, it determined that organizational trust plays a mediating role on the relationship between burnout and political behavior.
