Neuroscience Working Group is an organization established by some scientists and students working in the field of neuroscience at Ondokuz Mayıs University. The group was established on 01.01.2024. Since then, the group has been coming together regularly within the framework of activities in the form of meetings, seminars and article presentations. The members of the group consist of academic staff and graduate students of the Faculty of Medicine Anatomy, Physiology, Histology and Embryology, Medical Biology, Medical Pharmacology, Neurology, Neurosurgery, Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation, Neuroscience.

The aim of the Neuroscience Working Group is to discuss the studies carried out in the field of Neuroscience at the university, to investigate ways to carry these studies further, to mediate the establishment of new collaborations and to contribute to the training of young researchers who are dedicated to neuroscience research. Within this framework, the goal of the group is to raise the competence of Ondokuz Mayıs University in the field of Neuroscience to a higher level on a national and international scale.
