Özet

In this study; the characteristics such as rooting rate, root number, root length, root scale, callus ratio at basal, and the ratio of vine sapling from single-bud cuttings were investigated. In March, single-bud cuttings of ‘Concord’, ‘Rizellim’, ‘Ülkemiz’, ‘Çeliksu’ and ‘Rizessi' grape varieties belonging to the Vitis labrusca L. separated to the nodes one to ten and planted into perlite medium in the climate room. Single-bud cuttings prepared from annual shoots containing ten buds were rooted in the climate chamber. In the research, The highest rooting rate (91.2%) and root length (2.96 cm) were obtained in the ‘Çeliksu’ variety. The highest root number (2.94) and root scale value (2.15) were determined in the ‘Rizellim’ variety. The rooting rate (62.0%), number of roots (1.60), root length (1.35 cm), root scale value (0.88), and the ratio of vine sapling (63.3%) were obtained as the lowest in the ‘Ülkemiz’ variety. When the node number is examined on the rooting rate, the average highest rooting rate was found from the 3rd node with a rate of 90.0%. In the study, the highest root number value was found from the 3rd and 4th nodes (2.91 and 3.08).The highest basal callus formation values were found in the 1st and 2nd nodes (56.9% and 61.7%). While the ratio of single-bud cuttings which is the ratio of converting to vine sapling is the lowest in the ‘Ülkemiz’ variety (63.3%), the ratio has changed between 83.0% and 89.8% in other varieties. In the study, the lowest values in terms of rooting rate (68.0%), root length (1.86 cm), and basal callus rate (23.1%) were found at the 10th node. ‘Çeliksu’ and ‘Rizellim’ cultivars were found to have the highest values in terms of cultivars, and the 3rd and 4th nodes in terms of nodes. It has been seen that the preference of the 3rd and 4th nodes in the production of vine saplings with these varieties will increase the rooting and sapling yield.
