In the molecule of the title compound, C10H10N2O2, the rings are nearly coplanar, making a dihedral angle of 2.35 (5)degrees. In the crystal structure, intermolecular C-H center dot center dot center dot O, C-H center dot center dot center dot N and O-H center dot center dot center dot O hydrogen bonds link the molecules, generating R-4(4)(22) and R-4(4)(24) ring motifs to form a three-dimensional network. A weak pi-pi interaction between the pyridazinone and benzene rings further stabilizes the crystal structure, with a centroid-centroid distance of 3.709 (3) angstrom and an interplanar separation of 3.312 angstrom.
