Abstract

Turkey was affected to a large extent on the international economic scale though she did not join the

World War II. The product and import was diminished while the necessities of food supply were rising because

of the war conditions. The black marketing has been triggered since the people unnecessarily stocked the

foodstuffs and the state monopoly over the food reserves. The black marketing was influential so that reason of

the state prevention measures for foodstuffs was inadequate.
