Abstract

This study was conducted on 20 cherries genotypes collected from Amasya and Giresun, Turkey. These cherry genotypes were grafted on mazzard rootstock and were planted the examination area of Blacksea Agricultural Research Institute. In the study, it was aimed to determine some morphological characteristics of these genotypes. Morphological characterization was done according to the UPOV criteria. In the research, morphological characteristics such as tree growth habit, flower shape, fruit size, fruit shape, skin color of 20 cherry genotypes were determined.
