Abstract

In this article, we will examine the narrations on the exile of Jews, Christians and Polytheists from Arabic Peninsula in terms of their authenticity and practical value in early and modern Muslim life. Some commentators understand these narrations as an exile of other religious groups from the area of Hijaz which is the first and main Islamic zone. Some other commentators like Tabari understand these statements universal and suggest Muslims not to live with other religious groups together if they do not need them. Considering these approaches, firstly we will analyse the authenticity of these narrations according to its "isnad" and "matn", secondly we will present how the early Muslims understand these prophetic statements and finaly an assesment wil be made.
