Bu araştırmanın amacı, Türkiye'de müzik öğretmeni yetiştirme sürecinde Orkestra/Oda Müziği dersinin yeri ve önemini öğretim elemanı görüşleri doğrultusunda belirlemektir. Araştırma, müzik öğretmeni yetiştiren kurumlarda 2015-2016 eğitim-öğretim yılında Orkestra/Oda Müziği alanında görev yapan 8 öğretim elemanın görüşlerinin betimlenip değerlendirilmesi sonucunda dersin amaç, içerik, işleniş ve değerlendirme süreçlerine ve işlevselliğine katkıda bulunmayı amaçlaması bakımından önem taşımaktadır. Araştırmada Orkestra/Oda Müziği dersine yönelik görüşleri içeren veriler nitel araştırma yöntemlerinden yarı yapılandırılmış görüşme tekniğiyle toplanmıştır. Toplanan veriler yazılı ortama aktarılarak betimsel analiz tekniğiyle çözümlenmiştir. Araştırmada elde edilen bulgular doğrultusunda Orkestra/Oda Müziği dersinin toplu çalma yoluyla bireysel çalgıdaki davranışların değişmesine ve gelişmesine yol açan bir laboratuvar dersi niteliğinde olduğu, orkestra ve oda müziği çalışmalarının müzik öğretmeni adayları için son derece gerekli, önemli ve işlevsel bir yapıya sahip olduğu sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. Elde edilen bulgular ve varılan sonuçlar doğrultusunda öneriler geliştirilmiştir.
The objective of this result is, to determine the place and the importance of the teaching staff in accordance with the opinion of the Music teacher training process in of the Orchestra / chamber music courses in Turkey. The researches are of great importance, in terms contributing of purposing to the courses aims, content, teaching and assessment and functionality after the evaluation and results of the opinions of the 8 lecturers. In the research the data including the opinions for the course of the Orchestral / Chamber Music, was collected by semi-structured interview technique, from qualitative research methods. According to the research findings obtained, Orchestral / Chamber Music course through collective play to change the behavior of the individual instruments and it is in the nature of a laboratory course that leads to the development Orchestral / Chamber Music is a laboratory course in the nature of the course, which leads to changes in behavior and the development of individual instruments through collective play. Proposals have been developed in line with the findings and conclusions.
