Abstract

The title compound, C13H11N3O3 center dot C3H7NO, displays an intermolecular O-H center dot center dot center dot O hydrogen bond between the hydroxyl group and the carbonyl O atom of the solvent molecule. The configuration of the N=N double bond is trans and the dihedral angle between the two aromatic rings is 24.85 (6)degrees.
