Abstract

Laparoscopic Nissen fundoplication is used as the standard method in the surgical treatment of gastroesophageal reflux. Early discharge and cosmetic advantages are the main merits of this method. However, this method has several complications, although they are rarely encountered. Major vascular injuries are the main complications among them. Herein, we report a 33-year-old female case in whom a laparoscopic Nissen fundoplication-related complication developed and the abdominal aorta, left renal artery, and left renal vein injuries were successfully repaired. To the best of our knowledge, this is the first case of laparoscopic Nissen fundoplication-related three major vascular injuries.
