Günümüzde Türkiye de faaliyet gösteren profesyonel futbol kulüpleri finansal açıdan oldukça
olumsuz bir tablo ile karşı karşıya kalmış vaziyettedirler. Bu olumsuz tablo artık öyle bir hale
gelmiş ki artık futbol kulüpleri ya iflas etmeleri ile
ya bankaların eline geçmeleri ile ya da tuhaf döngülere sahip kişi ve kurumların eline geçme riskiyle karşılaşmışlardır. Esasında geçmiş yıllarda
da karşılaşılan fakat bu derece şiddetli olmayan
olumsuz finansal tablolardan kurtulmak isteyen
profesyonel futbol kulüpleri hukuki statülerini
şirkete dönüştürerek kurtulmak isteseler de bu
vahim tablo şirketleşme akabinde daha da kötü
bir vaziyet almıştır. Bu çalışmada Dünya’nın önde
gelen bazı futbol kulüplerinin finansal yapıları ile birlikte Türkiye’den de bazı profesyonel kulüplerinin finansal yapılarına değinilmiştir. Gerçekleştirilen kapsamlı analiz neticesinde Türkiye de
faaliyet gösteren profesyonel futbol kulüplerinin
hukuki statülerini şirket şeklinde oluşturmaları
beklenen finansal yapının tashih edilmesini gerçekleştirmediği anlaşılmıştır. Ayrıca Türkiye de
faaliyet gösteren profesyonel futbol kulüplerinin
en önemli finansal problemlerinden birinin de
“finansman giderlerinin” süreç içerisinde içinden
çıkılamayacak bir hale doğru ilerlediğinin görülmesi olmuştur.
Today, professional football clubs operating
in Turkey are faced with a very negative financial
picture. This negative picture has now become
such that football clubs are now at risk of either
bankruptcy, banks, or individuals and institutions
with strange cycles. In fact, although professional
football clubs who want to get rid of the negative
financial statements that were encountered in
the past years, but not so severe, want to get
rid of their legal status by converting them into
companies, this dire situation has turned into
a worse situation following the incorporation.
In this study, the financial structures of some
of the world’s leading football clubs as well as
the financial structures of some professional
clubs from Turkey are mentioned. As a result of the comprehensive analysis carried out, it
was understood that professional football clubs
operating in Turkey did not realise the revision
of the financial structure, which is expected to
establish their legal status as companies. In
addition, one of the most important financial
problems of professional football clubs operating
in Turkey has been the observation that “financing
expenses” have progressed to a level that cannot
be solved in the process.
