Abstract

In our study, we presented a case of distal torus fracture of radius assisted by lunate fracture in a 10 years old boy. The patient has been admitted to the pediatric emergency ward due to falling. Taking radio graphies showed distal torus fracture of the radius and lunatum pathology on the left side. To make the differential diagnosis beetween lunate fracture and lunate partiturn, magnetic resonant imaging has been taken and it showed oedema and fracture line on the lunate. Conservative treatment including analgesic-andinflamrnatory treatment, serni-cast and cast procedure lasted 6 weeks. Distal torus fracture of the radius assisted by lunate fracture is a very rare orthopedic condition during the childhood.
