Bu çalışmanın amacı, özellikle Türkiye döşemeli mobilya sanayisinde gelişmiş olan Ankara ve Kayseri illerindeki işletmelerinin hukuki yapılarına göre yaşamış oldukları teknolojik sorunların incelenmesidir. Bu amaçla tesadüfi olarak seçilen 55 adet işletmeye anket uygulanmış ve yapılan gözlemler ile işletmelerin yaşamış oldukları teknolojik sorunlar belirlenmiştir. Çalışmanın sonucunda işletmelerin hukuki yapıları arasında farklılıklar olduğu ortaya çıkmıştır. Sonuç olarak ferdi mülkiyetlerin teknolojik sorunları daha fazla yaşadığı, limitet ve anonim şirketlerin ise teknolojik sorunları daha az yaşadıkları fakat birbirleri ile farklı sorunlarda yarıştığı görülmüştür.
The aim of this study is to examine the technological problems that enterprises which especially in Ankara and Kayseri provinces which are developed in Turkey's upholstered furniture industry have experienced according to the legal structures. For this purpose, a questionnaire was applied to 55 randomly selected enterprises and with the observations made, the technological problems experienced by the enterprises have been determined. As a result of the work, it was revealed that there are differences between the legal structures of the enterprises. As a result, it was seen that individual property experienced more technological problems and that limited companies and corporation companies were experiencing less technological problems but competing with each other in different problems.
