Musical sight-reading is a multi-dimensional process in which mind and body realize complicated transactions. In the research in which the qualitative research method has been adopted, the dimensions of sight-reading and the factors that effect sight-reading have been considered. In this manner, it has been aimed that sight-reading subject's to be presented to the students understandably, scrutinizingly and in an entire way. In this research which is made through literature survey, it has been concluded that musical sightreading might be classified in three basic dimensions as learning, reading, and vocalization and the factors which affect these dimensions might effect musical sight-reading at the same time. Moreover, the data which has been obtained through the research might present some suggestions to the students who are keen to progress their sight-reading skills.
Müzikal deşifre, zihnin ve bedenin karmaşık işlemler gerçekleştirdiği çok boyutlu bir süreçtir. Nitelaraştırma yönteminin benimsendiği bu çalışmada deşifrenin boyutları ve deşifreyi etkileyen faktörlersistematik bir şekilde ele alınmıştır. Bu sayede deşifre konusunun araştırmacı ve öğrencilere dahabütünlüklü, anlaşılır bir biçimde sunulması hedeflenmiştir.Literatür taramasından yararlanılarak hazırlanan bu çalışmada, deşifrenin öğrenme, okuma, seslendirmeolmak üzere üç temel boyutta sınıflandırılabileceği ve bu boyutları etkileyen tüm faktörlerin deşifreyi deetkilediği sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. Ayrıca araştırmada elde edilen bulgular ışığında deşifresini geliştirmekisteyen öğrenci ve müzisyenlere birtakım öneriler sunulmuştur.
