Özet

Primary hyperparathyroidism is an endocrinological disorder characterized by secretion of parathormone and hypercalcemia. More than 80% of the cases are asymptomatic and are diagnosed during differential diagnosis of hypercalcemia. Fatigue, malaise, persistent nephro- urolithiasis, polydipsia and polyuria are the most common findings in symptomatic patents. We present a patient with secondary hypertension due to primary hyperparathyroidism.
