Özet

The unprecedented acceleration of digital technologies and internet integration in professional environments, catalyzed by the COVID-19 pandemic, has precipitated profound transformations in organizational structures and workforce dynamics. Emergent digitization paradigms—including Industry 4.0, Work 4.0, and Artificial Intelligence—have simultaneously demonstrated significant operational potential and introduced complex socio-technical challenges. While these technologies have optimized analytical, decisional, and reporting processes, they have concurrently surfaced critical systemic complexities such as skill reconfiguration, organizational restructuring, workforce displacement risks, privacy vulnerabilities, and potential socio-economic stratification. The impending technological landscape suggests a fundamental recalibration of work modalities, wherein algorithmic systems are projected to subsume routine and repetitive tasks, consequently repositioning human capital toward more complex cognitive domains requiring creativity, strategic thinking, and innovative problem-solving. This paradigmatic shift necessitates a nuanced understanding of the intricate interactions between technological systems, organizational architectures, and human capital. This research aims to comprehensively examine the multidimensional impacts of digital transformation on contemporary workforce ecosystems. Specifically, the study will investigate: (1) employees’ perceptual and experiential dimensions of technological change, (2) requisite skill adaptations for navigating emerging digital work environments, and (3) organizational structural modifications necessary to mitigate environmental uncertainties. By providing a holistic approach, this research seeks to generate actionable insights for organizational leadership and policymakers confronting the complex challenges of technological transition.
