Crime; It varies according to the reason for the crime, the place where it was committed, the
psychological state of the person who committed the crime and the age group of the person.
There are many factors in the occurrence of a criminal act. However, the most common cause
is those of environmental origin. Especially if there are children in the lead role in the issue of
delinquency, in this case, the culprit should be sought in the deficiencies and distortions in the
family, environment or social structure of the child in the determination of the real criminal. In
the study, studies on "Children Driven to Crime" in Turkey were searched and 47 thesis studies were found by searching the National Thesis Center with the keyword "Children Driven to
Crime" in order to reach the results. The studies carried out were examined according to their
years, types, research types, sample sizes, institutes, advisor titles, and universities, and the
findings were shared.
Suç; işleniş sebebine, işlendiği mekâna, suçu işleyen kişinin psikolojik durumuna ve kişinin yaş
grubuna göre farklılık göstermektedir. Suç eyleminin meydana gelmesinde birçok etmen
mevcuttur. Ancak en yaygın sebep çevresel kaynaklı olanlardır. Bilhassa suçluluk mevzusunda
başrolde çocuklar var ise, bu durumda gerçek suçlunun tespitinde, suçlunun çocuğun içinde
bulunduğu aile, çevre ya da toplumsal yapıdaki eksiklik ve çarpıklıklarda aranması
gerekmektedir. Yapılan çalışmada, Türkiye’ de “Suça Sürüklenen Çocuklar” konulu çalışmalar
taranıp sonuçlarına ulaşmak amacıyla Ulusal Tez Merkezi’de “Suça Sürüklenen Çocuklar”
anahtar kelimesi ile arama yapılmış ve 47 tez çalışmasına ulaşılmıştır. Yapılan çalışmalar,
yıllarına, türlerine, araştırma türüne, örneklem büyüklüklerine, enstitülerine, danışman
unvanlarına, yapıldıkları üniversitelere göre incelenmiş ulaşılan bulgular paylaşılmıştır.
