Abstract

The molecule of the title compound, C15H14N2O2, is approximately planar and displays a trans configuration with respect to the N=N double bond. The dihedral angle between the two aromatic rings is 10.90 (14)degrees. The molecules are stacked via weak C-H (...) pi interactions.
