Artificial intelligence has become an
innovation whose use in the field of communication is increasing day by day
with the developments it has acquired. Artificial intelligence, which has found
its place in many fields, can also create problems. Especially the use of
artificial intelligence in the communication process, which has human factor
and cultural, sociological and psychological effects, sometimes causes the
emergence of ethical problems that lead to ignoring the characteristics of the
individual. This study focuses on the ethical problems that artificial
intelligence used in communication activities can reveal and create,
concretizes the problems that these problems cause on human beings, and offers
suggestions for solving these problems. This study, which is prepared as a
description of the ethical problem emerging in communication activities with
artificial intelligence, evaluates the ethical problems ignored by artificial
intelligence activities within the framework of communication usage areas.
