This study investigates the transformation of high-volume fly ash–based hybrid binder systems into low-carbon, lightweight, and high-strength construction elements through static compaction and autoclave curing. In this context, six different mixtures were designed, of which 70–75% of the binder consisted of fly ash and the remaining portion consisted of lime and/or Portland cement; the mixtures were prepared with and without superplasticizer admixture. The specimens were compacted under 10 MPa pressure and subsequently subjected to either 28 days of water curing or autoclave curing at 180 °C. The results showed that autoclave curing increased compressive strength by 2–3 times while reducing porosity. The highest strength (17.3 MPa) was obtained in the hybrid system containing 70% fly ash, 20% lime, and 10% cement. The superplasticizer improved strength in lime-containing systems, whereas it caused strength loss in fly ash–cement systems due to insufficient water. XRD analyses confirmed the formation of tobermorite and C–S–H phases under autoclave curing. These findings indicate that the use of high-volume fly ash, combined with appropriate curing and production techniques, is effective for producing sustainable and high-performance lightweight construction materials.
