In this study, in 30 infiltrative ductal carcinoma cases, which were obtained trom tne archives of Department of Pathology, Faculty of Medicine, Ondokuz Mayis University, between years 1999 and 2003, nuclear morphometrical features of tumor cells are evaluated by image analysis system and its relationship with conventional histopathological grade, nuclear grade, tubule formation and mitotic rate is searched. There was no significant difference between nuclear morphometrical data and conventional method. This situation shows that subjective grading method not overlap with morphometrical method.
