The literature of legal hadiths (ahadith-al-ahkam), which was formed with the aim of constructing the life of the Muslim individual in accordance with the Sunnah of the Prophet, has continued to expand with various works in the last period. Indian Hanafi jurist and muhaddis Zahir Ahsen en-Nimawi's work called al-angstrom sar al-sunan and the taliks he wrote on the work are also examples of the last period of literature. The work, which aims to support the Hanafi Sect by producing arguments against the Ahl al-Hadith of its time, by making arguments based on the sources they also accept, and mainly by criticizing the isnad, is important in that it influenced Zafer Ahmad Tahanawi, the author of I'la al-sunan, and was the subject of praise of names such as Kashmiri, Kawthari, and Abu'l-Hasan an-Nadwi, and today it is taught in some madrasas in India and Pakistan and under-takes a mission. For this reason, in our study, focusing al-angstrom sar al-sunan, the characteristic of the ahkam hadith literature in the modern period has been tried to be discussed by analyzing it in terms of the nature of the work, its place in the literature, and the language of the text.
