Abstract

The network called the Internet of Things (IoT) is used to communicate of many devices with each other that make our lives easier during the day. The functioning of this communication system is possible thanks to various IoT protocols. In this study, Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE), ZigBee and Z-Wave that wireless network protocols are described. Explaining the structure of these protocols, the features such as coverage area, data transmission speed, power consumption and usage areas are compared. At the same time, it is aimed that the study will be a general information source for researchers who want to learn about wireless network protocols.
