Abstract

Congenital absence of the left circumflex artery (LCx) is a very rare congenital coronary anomaly. It is a benign incidental finding. Coronary computed tomography angiography (GA) is the first choice imaging modality for non-invasive visualization of coronary artery anomalies. Also, it is fast and safe. Here, we present a case with an absent LCx detected by coronary CTA in a 20-year-old man with chest pain.
