Abstract

Giving value to emergency departments shows the importance of human being given by society. That is why ideal planning and delivery of emergency services are one of the top priorities of society. It is not easy to increase the quality of emergency services by proper diagnosis and treatment of the patients in the emergency department. Well education, modern structuring, strong financing and fine planned organizations are needed. This is possible just by a critical management policy. Aim of the management policy is to plan well-established diagnosis and treatment of people who need emergency medical care and to decrease mortality and morbidity. Emergency departments should have the circumstances to deliver health care all the time by a professional team. Also emergency departments should be constituted according to scientific data and anticipated standard rules in terms of personnel working in the emergency departments and equipments.
