In this study, we investigate the conditions for the formation of a non-null surface with a curve H2 = K, where the square of the mean curvature is equal to the Gaussian curvature. The results for the spacelike and timelike cases of the curve on the non-null surface are given one by one. The parametric expressions of surfaces with curves that satisfy this special condition are given. The coefficient functions used are arranged in such a way that H2 = K along the curve. The study is supported by examples that meet the conditions.
