Abstract

Detection of new faults in the transformer early is very important to prevent accidents and to reduce the related material losses. Dissolved gas analysis (DGA) is widely used for this purpose. There are methods according to different standards for DGA. Conventional methods used in the implementation of DGA are improved by using intelligent systems.
