Özet

The title compound, C15H13N2O3Cl, consists of two aromatic groups linked through the C=N-OH monoxime group. Intermolecular O-H...N, N-H...Cl hydrogen bonds [O...N 2.773 (2), N...Cl 3.719 (2) Angstrom] are highly effective in forming polymeric chains, thereby stabilizing the crystal structure. The compound has an E configuration.
