Abstract

Congenital “H-type” urethrorectal communication with complete urethral stenosis is extremely rare in the pediatric population. The evaluation and surgical treatment of a “H-type” urethrorectal communication with complete urethral stenosis presenting in a 4-month-old infant is described.
