Özet

Metanephric adenoma (MA) is an epithelial benign tumor of the kidney and very rare in children. Here we present 2 cases of MA treated by laparoscopic nephron-sparing surgery in children. To the best of our knowledge, we report the first cases of laparoscopic nephron-sparing surgery for MA in children. (C) 2015 Elsevier Inc.
