Abstract

The title compound, C24H22N2S2, crystallizes with two independent molecules in the asymmetric unit; these have essentially the same geometry. However, the dihedral angles between the planes of the two phenyl rings are 30.8 (1) and 21.6 (1)degrees, respectively, in the two molecules.
