Abstract

In this study, modeling of nonlinear power electronic circuit elements such as inductance and capacitance using transmission line model (TLM) has been studied. Due to the nonlinear characteristics of these elements, there are problems with the switching instants in the power electronic circuits. For this reason, it is very important to determine the nonlinear behavior of these circuit elements.
