Biography
He
was born on 14.07.1984 in Samsun. Olcay Bayraktar, who completed his high
school education at Samsun Anatolian High School and his undergraduate education
at Pamukkale University. He is married. Between 2014-2022, he started to work
as a research assistant at Ondokuz Mayıs University, Institute of Educational
Sciences. In 2022, he completed his doctoral thesis at Gazi University,
Department of Philosophy and Related Sciences Education. Mehmet Ali Dombaycı is
the advisor of the thesis work titled The Problem of Education Between Ontology
and Epistemology. His scientific studies are mainly in the fields of Philosophy
of Education, Philosophy, Philosophy and Related Sciences Education.
